Welcome to Werotsmm ("we", "us", "our"), operated at https://werotsmm.com. By accessing our website, registering an account, adding funds, or placing any order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Werotsmm. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use Werotsmm you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You must not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You must maintain only one account per person

By using Werotsmm, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. If you are using our platform on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

When you register an account on Werotsmm, you agree to the following:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account password and not share it with anyone
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not create multiple accounts or accounts using false identities
• Not transfer or sell your account to another person

Zero-Access Policy: We will never ask for your Instagram, YouTube, or any other social media credentials, passwords, or account access tokens. All engagement is delivered externally through your public post URLs. Your account credentials stay 100% yours.

Werotsmm provides social media marketing (SMM) services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, shares, and subscribers for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Telegram, Twitter/X, and others.

By placing an order you acknowledge and agree that:

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on service type and quantity
• We do not guarantee specific results in terms of account growth or engagement rates
• Services are provided as-is and subject to availability
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time
• Service descriptions and pricing are subject to change without prior notice
• Once an order is being processed, it cannot be cancelled

All payments on Werotsmm are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. By adding funds to your wallet, you agree that:

• All payments are non-refundable to the original payment method except in cases of verified billing errors
• Wallet balance credits do not earn interest and do not expire
• We accept UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and cryptocurrency
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient wallet balance before placing orders
• You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Werotsmm support
• Fraudulent payment activity will result in immediate account termination and legal action

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please read it carefully before placing any order.

Refund requests may require a screenshot with clear evidence (timestamps, order ID, and issue shown). We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests at our sole discretion.

You must not use our services for any of the following:

• Promoting scams, fraudulent schemes, gambling, fake giveaways, or phishing
• Selling or promoting drugs, alcohol, weapons, pornographic content, or adult services
• Promoting misleading, false, or deceptive advertising
• Supporting fraudulent influencers or fake authority
• Selling or reselling fake products or counterfeit goods
• Running pages that mock religion, spread immorality, or mislead people intentionally
• Using our services to promote gambling, betting channels, or unethical finance schemes
• Using our services to simulate fake popularity with intent to deceive others
• Any activity that violates the Terms of Service of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platform

To ensure smooth delivery and protect your orders, follow these rules:

• Keep profile public: Your account, channel, post, or video must be set to PUBLIC with counters visible before submitting an order
• Single active order per link: Wait until your existing order shows "Completed" before submitting another order for the same URL
• Maintain handle & link: Do not change your username, edit permalinks, or delete media while an order or refill is active
• Use one SMM provider per link: Do not order for the same link from multiple SMM panels at the same time — this causes metric clashes and voids refill coverage

Many of our services include a refill guarantee for a limited period after delivery. Refill coverage is subject to the following conditions:

• Refill guarantees operate on the exact URL submitted at checkout
• Changing your handle or editing permalinks permanently voids refill guarantees
• Using multiple SMM panels on the same link disables drop verification
• Services labeled "No Refill" come with no guarantee and are non-refundable
• Refill requests must be submitted through the proper support channel

To request a refill, go to your Orders page, find the order, and click "Refill" if the option is available. Refill requests are processed automatically by our system.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious payment activity
• Chargeback or payment dispute against us
• Creating multiple accounts or using false identities
• Abuse of refund or refill policies
• Submitting prohibited content

Upon termination, your access to our services will be immediately revoked, any pending orders may be cancelled without refund, and your account data may be retained for legal and business purposes.

Account Inactivity: If your account is inactive for 365 consecutive days, your account and all associated data/funds will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

All content on Werotsmm, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, source code, and the platform architecture, are the intellectual property of Werotsmm.

You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any material on this website without prior written consent.

By submitting any content (feedback, suggestions, or ideas) to us, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual license to use and incorporate that content into our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Werotsmm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Any changes made by social media platforms to their algorithms or policies
• Account limitations, suspensions, or bans imposed by third-party platforms
• Incorrect target URLs or links provided by you
• External factors beyond our control, including platform outages
• Data loss or financial losses resulting from service use

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific marketing results. You use our services at your own risk.

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

Werotsmm offers API access and reseller accounts for businesses and individuals who wish to resell our services.

• API Access: Full API v2 access is available. API keys must be kept confidential and never shared publicly
• Reseller Accounts: Require approval and are subject to additional reseller terms
• Client Responsibility: Resellers are responsible for their own clients, including customer support, pricing, and compliance
• Prohibited: Reselling our services without proper authorisation or a reseller account is strictly prohibited
• API Abuse: Abuse of API limits, excessive requests, or automated attacks will result in immediate API access revocation

Resellers must keep their own client-to-order mapping, model total costs, obtain client consent, and avoid promising retention, reach, delivery time, or margin.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact our support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
